In this document the following expressions mean
The Business – Tank Mania.
The Customer – Voucher purchaser/recipient.
Valid Prepay Tank Mania voucher- A voucher which has been purchased from Tank Mania or other Activity providers on the date and time specified. The voucher is valid until expiry date. The voucher has to be purchased online by Paypal Checkout. On production of a valid prepaid Tank Mania voucher, the customer reserves the right to take part in the given voucher subject to the following terms and conditions.
The customer cannot participate in a Tank Mania experience if they / are:-
* Unable to produce a valid Tank Mania voucher
* Suffering from high blood pressure or heart condition
* Suffering from Epilepsy
* Pregnant
* Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact Tank Mania
Tank Mania require a 14 day cancellation notice in order to change booking dates and times.
Any booking cancellations or postponements’ on a pre-paid voucher will be subject to an administration fee of £10 per person.
Under distance selling legislation you have the right to return any goods within seven days of receipt and a full refund will be paid.
After the statuary seven days refunds will incur a £20 administration charge. We are not liable for the cost of your postage or pre-booked accommodation//transport costs. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded by paypal account or cheque to the given address. To request a refund you MUST return your voucher to Tank Mania along with a covering letter detailing the reason for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All participants are required to sign a waiver, false information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customer and invalidate the insurance
Tank Mania will be taking bookings for all pre-paid vouchers via’ online website’ on our website at www.tankmania.co.uk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to book within your experience during the correct season and prior to the expiry of the voucher.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the Tank Mania site at the specified date and time. Failure to do so may invalidate your voucher.
Tank Mania reserves the right to cancel operations for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customer or staff.
Tank Mania are not responsible for any damage or loss to customer property at the site.
Delivery is by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times. Postal costs are £1.25 per voucher.
Please note: Delivery is by Royal Mail therefore Tank Mania cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends.
